PEACHES – CPPI President, Director, and Lead Investigator

Fascinated by the paranormal for decades, Peaches is extremely diligent about gathering as much information as possible for her upcoming investigations. Her curiosity started early on, at age 8, when she began exploring the paranormal and recording her first evp’s. Later in life she discovered the gift of feeling sensations, such as energy and detached emotions. For several years she searched for a group that shared her passion and desire to help others so that she could learn more about the afterlife. Her primary goal regarding paranormal investigations is to find out the who, what, where, when, and why a haunting occurs, and how to help those on both sides of the veil.

LEN – Case Manager, Investigator, Site Administrator

Len first became interested in the paranormal while in high school, after having attended lectures given by Ed and Lorraine Warren back in his home town of Watertown, Connecticut. He continued his interest in the paranormal through the writings of Hans Holzer and other renowned investigators of the time. More recently he has participated in investigations with Jason and Grant from television’s Ghost Hunters fame, Aaron Goodwin of Paranormal Adventures, Chip Coffey of Paranormal Kids, and Barry Fitzgerald of Ghost Hunters International. While he has learned a lot, he admits that “There’s so much more to learn about the paranormal.”

RICHARD – Lead Investigator

Richard has had a lifelong interest in the field of paranormal research. While investigating, he relies mainly on photography, digital audio recording and his own observations to either debunk or produce tangible physical evidence of possible paranormal phenomenon.

CHERYL – Lead Investigator

Cheryl had a life-altering experience with the paranormal as a child that set her on the path for more answers. She is a self-assured and inquisitive member of C.P.P.I searching for answers for others as well as herself. Cheryl’s goal is to obtain scientific proof in the field of paranormal research and to help others with the paranormal activity in their lives.

JENNIFER – Lead Investigator

Jennifer has been extremely interested in the paranormal due to very personal experiences she has had over the years. Some of her children have also had experiences that terrified them. Creating an intense passion for an explanation, Jennifer searched for solutions to give peace of mind to her children and herself. This had a huge impact that helped her to become a paranormal investigator–to now help others who are also experiencing paranormal activity. Jennifer has an impeccable talent to catch EVP’s (Electronic Voice Phenomena) or capture “unexplained” voices on an audio recorder. Due to the fact that she has experienced first hand how paranormal activity affected her children, it fuels her passion to help others. She brings a great deal of experience and skills making her a valuable asset to CPPI.

FRANCES – Board Member, Tech Manager, Lead Investigator

With a large interest in the paranormal for many years, Frances brings a technical background in audio/visual to CPPI. Essential state of the art equipment is used to bring various “scientific” techniques and to add credibility to all investigations. Having had only a few experiences to date, she tends to pay great attention to detail. While excited to find evidence in our investigations, she works very closely with Peaches to meticulously work all angles to find a plausible, more natural reason that explains what we see, feel or hear. Her main objective is to present solid evidence of the existence or non existence of paranormal activity.

SCOTT – Science Consultant and Investigator

Scott has had a love of the sciences all his life. He particularly enjoys the process of scientific discovery much more so than learning facts and theories. Both his undergraduate and graduate education focused on the sciences and he continues his interest in science and technology to this day. The primary asset he brings to paranormal investigations is his persistent reliance on the scientific method of observation, hypothesis, testing, and replication. People often hear him say “Let’s find a way to test that,” whether they’re discussing a haunting or how to best utilize equipment. Scott is not afraid to explore roofs, inside closets and under houses. He traces cables and climbs into ceilings looking for potential natural causes to explain perceived paranormal phenomena. His training in human behavior and medicine helps him to identify hidden motivations and unrecognized perception problems that can predispose one to conclude paranormal causes, whether they exist or not. Although he enjoys high tech devices and “blinkies,” he prefers using low-tech measuring devices such as levels and compasses and glass thermometers because they’re less complicated and less confusing. That, and there’s no need for batteries!

Michael C – Investigator, Videographer

I have always been interested in the paranormal and believe that there is somewhere after this life but remain a skeptic somewhat. My 30 years as an industrial maintenance engineer and knowledge of construction and building trades come in handy when I am debunking occurrences. I like to use the scientific approach to gathering evidence because bonafide evidence is irrefutable. I like to help others understand what’s going on and bring them peace at home if possible. Along the way the experience will broaden my horizons and enrich my life. I look forward to a healthy and prosperous future with CPPI.

DON – Investigator

Don is originally from South Dakota. He and his family shared a paranormal experience over the expanse of a two year time frame while he was an adolescent. From that point on Don has been on a quest for answers. Although searching for concrete proof, he is not above pointing out misperceptions of paranormal activity. “When you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains however improbable, must be the truth.” – Sherlock Holmes

CARLOS – Investigator

Carlos has always been fascinated by and drawn to the realm of the unknown; particularly to the paranormal. As part of the CPPI team, he takes a scientific problem-solving approach to the investigations by dissecting them and then resolving all questions and issues that arise. He is truly grateful for the opportunity he’s been given to bring peace and harmony to both clients and spirits alike and he looks forward to continuing his contributions for many investigations to come.

POLITTI – Investigator

Throughout her life, Politti has had personal experiences with the “otherworld”, many of which being paranormal in nature. She has been a student of the occult and world beliefs and religions since her early teens, and believes strongly in living a life of compassion towards all living creatures. Politti is incredibly grateful and feels very blessed to have found her “home” with CPPI and hopes to grow within the paranormal field by gaining experience with her amazing team. In her other life, she is a professional bellydancer and Pilates instructor, and teaches weekly classes in downtown Riverside, CA at Body Temple Dance Studio.
